In addition, I was able to take some of their old merch, leftover from previous drops, and use my up-cycling skills to remix the old stuff into some "new-new"
It was such an amazing use of my skills, and never in my life have I made so many pieces in such a short amount of time.
I'm excited to report that I sold out of all the clothes I brought within 30 minutes of the music starting, and from those earnings, I am donating 25%, or $260, to Conservation Colorado!!!
I was extremely honored to be invited to come on and help the team of two very prominent electronic music producers (and ones I am a big fan of, too) from Denver for their co-headline show at the Mishawaka Amphitheater!
I was brought on to help raise awareness and provide an engaging experience for concertgoers who wanted to do their part to advocate for key environmental issues! We achieved this by creating an "Environmental Advocacy Booth" and offering a raffle ticket to win free merchandise from the artists in exchange for completing petitions and forms to write to their representatives.
So so so so so SOOOO blessed to be creating my own lane, my own work, my own opportunities and my own life. Here's to chasing dreams, and to be #greeningthegig !
